David Olawale, PhD, PMP
President & Founder
David has a PhD in industrial & manufacturing engineering and has founded two startup companies. He has mentored startup companies through the highly competitive National Science Foundation SBIR/STTR funding program that has gone on to raise millions in venture funding as well as successfully commercialized their technology.
His expertise includes multifunctional materials, renewable energy, and energy storage. He holds multiple patents. He is passionate about delivering life-changing, quality and affordable products into the market.
Brian L Ormsby
External CFO
Brian is a US Air Force veteran, where he worked in flight simulation and cost & budget analysis. Following his Air Force career, Brian worked in Air Force accounting and finance as a civil servant, owned several businesses, and worked as the Director of Operations for a simulation firm working on DoD and NATO contracts. Since 2014, Brian has exclusively worked as a CFO consultant, assisting businesses operating in the government contracting (GOVCON) space. Brian is also a Certified ISO 9001 Quality Auditor and a Certified Cost Analyst. Brian specializes in helping firms manage their accounting and contracts with federal agencies like the DoD, NASA, DOE, NSF, and NIH.
Martha Olawale, M.Sc.
Co-Founder & Administration/Communications Director
Martha holds a master’s degree in strategic communications and employs her years of experience in communication, human relations, marketing, and entrepreneurship to help the team in branding, customer engagement, and business administration.
She was critical to the successful completion of the NSF SBIR ICorps program (Summer 2020 cohort).
Md Sajibul Alam Bhuyan
Battery Engineer/Product Development
Sajibul has his masters degree in mechanical engineering. His expertise includes battery cell fabrication and electrochemical tests. He is also an expert in battery degradation and regeneration mechanisms.
Sajibul has several years of experience in using advanced material characterization tools like XRD, SEM, EDX, TGA, and Raman.
Jessica Anne Mercier
Materials Engineer
Jessica Mercier's background spans environmental resilience, electrochemical engineering, and sustainable energy systems. She has contributed to research on molten salts for thermal energy storage and the development of cellulose-based renewable plastics. In addition to her technical expertise, Jessica has led engineering management projects and curriculum development, focusing on community sustainability and youth leadership. Her achievements are recognized through multiple academic and athletic awards.
